Five Star Skillers in FIFA 21

If you’ve spent the time and effort learning skill moves for FIFA, it only makes sense to add players to your squad who can actually pull them off. Here are all of FIFA 21’s five star skillers, or players who are capable of performing the more challenging 5-star skill moves. We’ve also written up a guide on all the skill moves in FIFA 21 and how to perform them.

All 54 Five Star Skillers in FIFA 21

Ilsinho

Five Star Skiller, Ilsinho

Having more than 50 five star skillers on this list means the ratings are a little low to start with. Rated at 68 overall, Ilsinho is a capable dribbler at RM and CAM with the flair trait.

Gary Mackay-Steven

Up to 69 overall and in Mackay-Steven you’ve got a pacey dribbler on the wing who also has the Acrobat speciality, even if he is injury prone.

Juan Rojas

Currently playing for Delfín SC, Rojas is a really pacey winger who also carries the flair trait. In FIFA 21 the 27 year old is rated 69 and is also pretty good at getting shots away at goal.

Aiden McGeady

Of all the five star skillers, he’s the only one to have a move named after him! He’s 34 and rated 70 now so past his best and there’s a good chance of him retiring at the end of the season.

Alexandru Maxim

A versatile, 72-rated midfielder who still has plenty going for him. He also has the flair and finesse shot traits.

Farid Boulaya

Also rated 72 overall but has two years on Maxim. The Algerian winger has a nice profile that includes solid stats for crossing, free kicks, dribbling and pace.

Chanathip Songkrasin

Another 72-rated player, this CAM/CF has a fantastic burst of pace. He also has the flair and early crosser traits, as well as the injury prone one unfortunately.

Matías Fernández

Our first player with a 73 rating, Fernández is already 34. However, he only has a year left on his contract at Colo-Colo and his free kick accuracy stat stands out.

Yannick Bolasie

Contracted to Everton until 2021, Bolasie could be a smart signing for you if you’re shopping for five star skillers and could use a pacey winger with a 74 rating.

Hatem Ben Arfa

Never quite fulfilled his potential but a 75 rating would still be good enough for many teams. He’s always been a skilful dribbler but he’s a good free kick taker and has good long shot ability.

Luciano Acosta

A diminutive winger and midfielder, Acosta has not yet reached his prime so his 74 rating should turn into 75 or more. His contract is running down so you could bag a pacey dribbler for very little.

Eljero Elia

Didn’t quite make our list of the fastest players in FIFA 21 but 90 acceleration and 89 sprint speed is not bad at all. The Dutchman is rated 76 and he’s an excellent dribbler and acrobat.

Hernâni

Frustratingly, he is on loan in the first season but he would be an upgrade on Elia. Firstly he’s five years younger than him and he’s also faster. Has an overall rating of 76 and dribbling rated at 84.

Ricardo Centurión

He’s pacey, has fantastic stamina and is an excellent dribbler. Another winger but he’s ranked slightly higher with a 77 rating.

Marcelino Moreno

The 25 year old can play on the wing or in midfield, where his pace and dribbling can be put to good use. Currently sitting on a 75 rating but can hit and even exceed his 77 potential.

Ignacio Piatti

Yes his rating is higher at 78, but he’s 35 years old now so probably not the best signing. If you did manage to get him, he does also have a powerful long shot on him.

Stephan El Shaarawy

Years ago, he was one of the wonderkids you would always sign on your career mode. It didn’t quite work out that way for him in real life but his 78 rating is still very useful on the left wing.

Nani

Past his best but Nani still has an 80 overall rating, five star weak foot, excellent dribbling and the ability to unleash long range shots on goal.

Evander

Don’t be fooled by the Midtjylland midfielder’s 73 rating, he’ll develop a rating of 80 within a few seasons.

Franck Ribéry

Considering his 81 rating and his impressive skillset, he would be a good addition to most squads. Sadly, he’s 37 now and unlikely to continue playing beyond this season.

Marlos

He’s 32, but you could still get your money’s worth. His contract expires in 2021, at which point you could pick up an 81 rated RM with incredible dribbling and a great finesse shot.

Juan Cuadrado

If you need a five star skiller on your right wing, Cuadrado could be your man. He will be more expensive than Marlos but his profile is better, despite the same 81 rating.

Eduardo Salvio

His stats aren’t quite as good as Cuadrado’s, but he still has an 81 rating. Not only that but he’s not 30 yet so shouldn’t decline as quickly. He is injury prone but also carries the flair trait and made it onto our list of players with the giant throw-in trait.

Xherdan Shaqiri

Still has good years left him but he’s unlikely to be a bargain. Still, at 81 overall he can offer lots beyond just being a five star skiller, namely dribbling, free kicks and long shots.

Quincy Promes

An impressive and versatile player, 81 rated Promes won’t be a bargain buy. However, he would be worth the outlay thanks to his speed dribbling style, even if he’s 28 years old already.

Federico Bernardeschi

Worth a look if you need a readymade player (80 overall) that still has a little room for growth (82 potential). He has a really well rounded profile that isn’t dependent on pace to hurt teams.

Gelson Martins

A player that did actually make our list of the fastest players, Gelson Martins is the type of winger that FIFA players love. He has 82 potential, starts at 79 overall and holds the speedster, dribbler, engine and acrobat specialities.

Zlatan Ibrahimović

At 38 years old, it’s unlikely that you’d be able to get Zlatan to sign a new contract, but definitely worth trying. Rated at 83 overall now, he still has traits for flair and outside foot shot. Not only that, he has six specialities – poacher, strength, distance shooter, aerial threat, clinical finisher and complete forward.

Marcelo

Even at 32, Marcelo’s 83 rating means he still has plenty to offer at left back. An exceptional dribbler and crosser, his ability to perform five star skill moves makes him an even bigger threat.

Douglas Costa

On loan at Bayern from Juventus so not an option in your first season. However, he’s a five star skiller that plays on the wing and has an 83 rating, what’s not to like?

Coutinho

The third Brazilian in a row, you probably know what Coutinho has to offer. 83 overall, with a taste for free kicks and long distance shots.

Wilfried Zaha

Five star skiller, Wilfried Zaha

Renowned for his pace and direct dribbling style, Crystal Palace’s 83 rated winger can also perform five star skill moves (assuming you know how to use them).

Amine Harit

If you’re looking for a five star skiller with a little potential, Harit holds a 77 rating now but will reach 83 soon enough.

Silas Wamangituka

This Congolese attacker also has 83 potential but he’ll be much more affordable because his rating is only 71 to begin with.

Jorge Carrascal

You should be able to get this CAM from River Plate for less than his 7 million price tag. Currently rated 73, this playmaker will reach 84 before he hits 30 years old.

Thiago

Having just signed for Liverpool and carrying an 85 rating means he’s not going to be immediately available or cheap when he is.

Riyad Mahrez

Manchester City's five star skiller, Riyad Mahrez

The City winger will be expensive but should make an immediate impact given his 85 rating.

David Neres

Still only 23, Neres is a really promising talent at Ajax. The 80-rated winger/attacking midfielder is already a really fast dribbler, he’ll keep improving on his way to 85 overall.

Roberto Firmino

Liverpool’s centre forward has an impressive 86 rating and lots of attributes that suit link up play, but don’t overlook his goalscoring abilityy.

Hakim Ziyech

Surprisingly he’s already 27 but his rating should still grow from 85 to at least 86. His crossing ability is unreal and the fact he already has the complete midfielder speciality says a lot.

Allan Saint-Maximin

He’ll eat up a huge portion of your transfer budget but he will certainly be worth it. He’s already a handful for defenders with his 80 overall rating and could be a superstar for your team by the time he reaches 86.

Ángel Di María

With less than a year remaining on his contract at PSG, you can add an 87 rated winger to your team for a cut price. He’s a fantastic player all round but his free kick ability really stands out to us.

Paul Pogba

Whatever the discussion about his real life performances, his quality is there for all to see in his FIFA profile – 86 overall with 87 potential. Another complete midfielder with a contract running down.

Memphis Depay

Aside from being a pacey five star skiller, he’s also a free kick specialist and is great at long shots. Not only that but his 84 rating will increase to 87 soon enough and his Lyon contract is expiring soon.

Rayan Cherki

Of all the five star skillers, Cherki is arguably the best if you’re looking for a high potential youngster. The 16 year old has a massive 88 potential but is only rated at 68 right now.

Ousmane Dembélé

Barcelona’s 83 rated winger is still clinging onto a promising 89 potential. He’s prone to injury which is concerning but he’d still be a quality addition to your team.

Martin Ødegaard

Matches Dembélé’s headline figures (83/89) but Ødegaard has a more varied profile and is injury resistant thanks to the solid player trait.

Neymar Jr

If you can afford this five star skiller, you know you’re getting one hell of a player. A 91 rating, five stars for everything and has both the Complete Midfielder and Complete Forward specialities.

Marcus Rashford

Rashford can put his five star skill move ability to good use up front or out on the wing. His already impressive attributes will keep increasing as he grows from 85 to 91 overall.

Cristiano Ronaldo

Into the top five and we finally come to one of the best known five star skillers. Considering his age, his physical stats will be in decline but most of what makes up his 92 rating will hold steady.

Jadon Sancho

A hugely exciting talent, the combination of skill moves, speed and technique can unlock even the most stubborn defences. His 87 rating would be enough to get him into most teams, at 93 he’ll be one of the best in the world.

João Félix

Also has an impressive 93 potential, but his initial rating is just 82. His contract length is twice that of Sancho’s so it’s not clear cut which would be cheaper.

Vinícius Jr

Another attacker with 93 potential, Vinícius Jr has an 80 rating to start with. He’s already lightning fast and an outstanding dribbler but his other attributes will develop with time.

Kylian Mbappé

Being the cover star of FIFA 21, it’s not super surprising to see Mbappé top several of our lists. His 90 rating and 95 potential mean he is without doubt the most highly rated of the five star skillers this year.
